Our ride is a family event - we ask that you remember this during your
weekend with us. Please have fun, but also know that we will not
tolerate unruly behavior at any time.
Ride at Your Own Risk! South Carolina law has established that
activities involving equines are inherently dangerous and that no
sponsor(s) of an equine event or equine-related activity is/are
responsible for injury or death to persons or animals arising out of
the activity.
The campground opens on the Wednesday prior to the ride at 12:00 p.m. for parking and camp setup. There will be absolutely no roping off
of campsites. Anyone wanting to save a spot MUST park a truck, trailer
or camper in the spot. Spots are approximately 12' x 24'. Please take no more than needed. The only roped areas
will be marked by Bell Farms for Staff Only. No exceptions. Parking must be perpendicular - no parking sideways.
